Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how A&T Entertainment Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when using our website or services. We are registered in England & Wales, with our registered office at 43 Belvoir Street, Leicester, LE1 6SL, United Kingdom.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact information — name, email address and (optionally) phone number when you book a consultation or use the contact form.
  • Booking information — details about the event you are planning that you choose to share with us.
  • Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment partner PayzPool via Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers; we only receive a transaction reference and payment status.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages and session timestamps, collected automatically via server logs and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and deliver the services you have booked.
  • To contact you about your booking or to answer your questions.
  • To process payments and detect fraud, in co-operation with our payment partners.
  • To maintain the security of our website and comply with legal obligations.
  • To improve our website and services (on an aggregated, anonymised basis).

3. Legal Basis (UK & EU users)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR: (a) performance of a contract (to deliver the service you booked), (b) legitimate interests (to operate and secure our website), (c) consent (for optional communications), and (d) legal obligation (to retain accounting records).

4. Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, including:

  • PayzPool and Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
  • Email & hosting providers — to deliver booking confirmations and run our website.
  • Law enforcement or regulators — where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and transaction records for up to seven (7) years to comply with UK tax and accounting law. Contact-form messages are retained for no longer than two (2) years unless needed for an ongoing matter.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use the site. For more information see our Cookie Policy.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe) may process your data outside of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. When this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take our obligations seriously.
