Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your consultation. This Refund Policy explains when you are entitled to a refund and how to request one.
1. Cancellations before your session
You may cancel your consultation and request a full refund provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice, are not eligible for a refund. You may, however, reschedule once at no cost subject to availability.
3. If we cancel
If for any reason we need to cancel your session and cannot reschedule at a time that suits you, you will receive a full refund automatically.
4. Services already delivered
Once your consultation has been delivered, the service is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund. If you are not happy with the quality of the service, please contact us — we will do our best to put it right.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your card issuer. We will always try to resolve issues amicably and promptly.
6. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] including your order number and the reason for the refund. We will reply within one (1) working day.
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
