1. Our Services

A&T Entertainment provides event planning consultations and related services, including venue selection guidance, entertainment coordination advice, and event management support. Detailed descriptions of each service package are provided on the relevant product page.

2. Booking and Payment

By booking a consultation package through our website you enter into a contract with A&T Entertainment Ltd. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes where indicated. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via our payment partner PayzPool, which processes card transactions through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

3. Delivery of Services

Consultation sessions are delivered remotely (telephone or video call) unless otherwise agreed. After your payment is received, a team member will contact you within one (1) working day to schedule your session. You agree to provide accurate information and to attend the scheduled session at the agreed time.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule your consultation once, free of charge, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your Obligations

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or submit any false, misleading or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by or licensed to A&T Entertainment Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
